My house was in complete shambles after the winter storm in mid-February, and after a brief (but terrible) experience with another contractor, we were referred to Greater Houston Roofing. Taylor Tran handled everything from there- he supervised ALL of the work that we needed (fixing our burst pipes, removing wet drywall and insulation, demolishing then rebuilding our walls and ceilings, removing and bringing back contents we had to put in storage, etc.) He also personally showed up when a field adjuster and an inspector came by the house from our insurance company. Throughout this whole process, he was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. He patiently explained every step that needed to be done and answered every question we had, and we were able to get a quick response from him at all times if anything came up. I was working full-time and also finishing up grad school during this time, so I was incredibly grateful for Taylor and his team for giving me peace of mind while my house was being worked on. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing house repairs.

Greater Houston Roofing recently helped resolve the roofing issue at my home. Throughout the process, I had the privilege of receiving assistance from Scott. He handled the initial inspection, dealt with the insurance company and HOA, and supervised and inspected the entire roof installation. Scott’s professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail impressed my entire family. Let me give you an example: during the construction process, a worker accidentally moved a brick and a path light. Scott noticed they were not put back in place during the inspection, and he personally got his hands dirty and helped put them back.
A special shout-out to Lissette as well. Throughout the entire finance process, she was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of our questions.
