He walked us through the process, assisted the insurance company and was onsite during the days that the roof was replaced. Chris made the whole experience very easy for us from start to finish.   Greater Houston Roofing and his entire team went beyond and above any of my expectations. Honest, quick, responsive, highly adept and capable. They are also the only company that managed to do a complete roof within the given budget. Everyone else simply talked about a repair. They showed up early and worked until late to get it all done. When they were done cleaning up, you could barely see that they had been there. This kind of service, skills and abilities is sadly getting a rare commodity in this day and age.   My house was in complete shambles after the winter storm in mid-February, and after a brief (but terrible) experience with another contractor, we were referred to Greater Houston Roofing. Taylor Tran handled everything from there- he supervised ALL of the work that we needed (fixing our burst pipes, removing wet drywall and insulation, demolishing then rebuilding our walls and ceilings, removing and bringing back contents we had to put in storage, etc.) He also personally showed up when a field adjuster and an inspector came by the house from our insurance company. Throughout this whole process, he was extremely professional, helpful, and responsive. He patiently explained every step that needed to be done and answered every question we had, and we were able to get a quick response from him at all times if anything came up. I was working full-time and also finishing up grad school during this time, so I was incredibly grateful for Taylor and his team for giving me peace of mind while my house was being worked on. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing house repairs.
